Global Sales Kickoff
VMware EUC was looking to shift its sales focus from feature-selling to value-selling. We developed a simple and practical sales formula to help sellers succeed in this transition. The project peaked at the global sales kickoff that was loaded with creative and interactive sessions, each bringing another piece of the high level value-selling idea to life.
The event managed to transform the seller's somewhat skeptical approach about the change into great enthusiasm and confidence, which translated to almost immediate results. As VMware’s SVP of Sales put it: “Without a doubt this was our best global sales kickoff ever!"
